An Introduction to Coal Slime Dryer

Coal slime dryer is developed on the basis of drum dryers from new special drying equipment and can be widely used in the fowling areas:

•  the coal industry slime, raw coal, flotation clean coal, mixed clean coal and other dry materials;
• the construction industry blast furnace slag, clay, bentonite, limestone sand and other materials;
• various metal concentrates, slag, tailings and other materials dry beneficiation;
• the drying of non-heat-sensitive materials in chemical industry.

• with strong anti-overload capability, this coal slime dryer is low in consumption and cost.
• the downstream drying is adopted so the coal slime dryer can take advantage of high temperature flue gas evaporation intensity.
• the technical parameters are changeable according to different materials so as to achieve stable cut fabric curtain and heat exchange.
• with a new type material feeding and layout device, there are no such problems, such as, feed blockage, discontinuous, uneven and returning materials.
• in accordance with customers’ requirements to materials size and water content, after drying, water content can be reduced to 8% and the materials size is less than 8mm.
