Preparation of Coal Slime Dryer before Installation

In general, customers will do the preparation work before installing coal slime dryer, so examine and receive equipments is a important procedure. Here is the details of the acceptance procedure and standard:

1. Foundation Acceptance

Mainly check the quality and dimension deviation of the foundation pouring of concrete: it should be clean of the foundation surface in appearance, no oil-dirt, no dust, no sundries, no bare steel head, no crack and unfilled corner, no residual shuttering in reserved hole and none of pouring defect.

Requirements of foundation size and positional deviation: position of dimension and foundation coordinate is that, vertically and horizontally axis based error should be less than 20mm and different elevaion plane error should be less than 20mm (negative is allowed, but positive is not); slope error in overall length should be less than 20mm, discharge end allow negative (positive is not allowed); nonflatness of the upper plane is less than 5mm/m, and the overall length is less than 10mm.

2. Equipment Acceptance

Check parts, standard component and random files according to the packing list, check and take notes whether there is wrong part and damage so that it can be ordered and manufactured before installation. Check the cover coating of the paint, dust, oil dirt and corrosion situation when open the package. Repair and maintain the damage caused by loading and unloading in the transportation process. Detect and preassemble the parts and fitting pieces to avoid reworking in the installation and ensure the installation progress and quality.
