If it is in the food concentrated producing area with a large capacity in drying season, it should select the large size , hight temperature and efficiency grain dryer according to the actual situation.

Selecting large size grain dryer is better than the small size one, because the grain dryer is used only when harvest time is in rainy season, samll productivity and large capacity can not solve the problem. It should select large or middle size dryer to used in nation or local grain depot and the grain concentration producing area. Semidiameter of stationary type dryer is proper small to be huge to reduce the transport distance, reduce cost and increase benefit. Select Drying Heat Source According to the Local Energy Resources
Consider the local energy resources of using reasonable and reducing cost. Grain producing area with coal mines, the heat source and be coal, blind coal and coke, it is cheap, but hot blast heater with coal need a big investment one time. Grain producing area with oil field and natural gas can use light oil or natural gas and propane as hot blast heater fuel, the use cost is high, but investment is low. Seed dryer equipped with fuel oil or natural gas is better, because the wind-warm syndrome is stable, which is easy to control, and this can ensure the drying seed germination percentage.
Consider Environment Condition to Select Grain Dryer
Due to the harvest time of all kinds of crop and the temperature of south and north is different, drying effect and cost should be considered. coastal areas try to avoid drying grain in low temperature moist weather, or the dehydration and productivity is bad and cost is high. In north area, almost half the time, the drying is under 0℃, the lower the external temperature is, the larger the heat consumption per unit it needs, and cost is higher. For reduce the heat loss, the dryer works under 0℃ should be installed insulating layer on outer wall and hot wind pipeline.

The drying process should be equipped with some accessory equipments.
